Where Are You Located?
We are located central to the country within 2 minutes drive of Junction 26 of the M62. We can service the entire north of england within 2 hours of our marquee warehouse. Between the months of October & April we do supply the entire country where financially viable.
Who will deliver & erect the marquee?
All our deliveries and installations are undertaken by our own fleet of branded trucks and vans. All work is done by our own trained marquee erectors who will always be in uniform.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
First of all dont worry!
Things very rarely go wrong & if they do we are only a call away.
Most faults are minor and usually a result of caterers overloading electrical supplies. We have an out of hours support number which is 1 phone number that automatically rings the mobile phones of every member of the marquee team. In addition to this we have a voicemail system that will automatically email everyone in the relationship team. Then if that still fails you have our online chatbot and facebook messenger which uses push notifications to make contact with the mobile phones of the relationship teams. If your stil concerned then talk to us about having a member of staff on site throughout your event.
How Long Is The Hire of a Marquee for?
The total hire period is usually 7 days in total including erection and dismantling days. A typical wedding marquee is built on Wednesday & Thursday, with furniture and high value items such as generators, toilets and heaters delivered on the Friday. We then look to start clearing high risk / high value equipment as soon as possible after the event. The remainder is the dismantled and cleared off site on the Monday & Tuesday.
Do I need any Permissions or Permits for a Marquee?
You only need permission of the land owner.
Can the Marquee be errected on a slope or hillside?
Marquee's can be built on a gentle slope or incline and still be acceptable to most guests.
Do I Need Insurance?
We don't request the hirer takes out insurance however we would strongly reccommend you look to take out wedding insurance. These bespoke packages can often be tailored to cover any losses and are usually less than a £150 & cover all risks liabilities.
What happens if the weather is really bad?
This is the UK, the sun does occasionally shine on us.
