150 Guests Wedding
Marquee Illustrations
For weddings with 150 Guests in attendance (including the wedding party) we recommend 2 options. Both options can seat 150 guests at round tables and leave sufficient space for a dance floor, DJ & small Bar. Should you need to increase your guests to 160 or would prefer a dedicated traditional long top table we would suggest adding an additional 3m Marquee section to allow for this. We would also recommend adding this additional space if you plan to have a band. The illustrations below also show a catering space. As with all our packages these items are optional and can be amended to your requirements.

During the peak seasons from 1st April to 29th September - Hale Events offer wedding marquee hire throughout Yorkshire, Lancashire, Humberside, Cheshire & Merseyside. All wedding marquees over £2000 ex Vat are delivered free of charge in Yorkshire and Lancashire. For all other areas transport charges are negotiable.
During the off peak season October 1st to March 31st we offer our marquee hire services nationwide* Subject to Transport Charges.

Top Tips For Choosing a Genuine Marquee Supplier

Does the company accept credit cards? Like a holiday..Always pay your deposit on a credit card, should the worst happen you have the protection of your card provider

Are they VAT registered? Even the smallest marquee companies easily hit the VAT threshold. Check the VAT number is genuine online!

Request a viewing of a Marquee or at the minimum go see the equipment & premises, a true marquee company should have no problem with you doing this.

Request a copy of their Employers and Public Liability

Check Online to see if they have a HGV Operating Licence for their trucks. A clean licence usually means clean and respectable well maintained trucks.
